Our starter has been kept alive in Michael’s family for generations. Michael has cared for it himself since he was 19, after inheriting it from his Mother, who inherited it from her Mother before her. Strong, established and exceptionally reliable, it’s the same family starter we send out today.
Delivery

- We use Evri, and ship most orders same or the next day (usually 11am cut-off)
- On Fridays, we try to avoid posting so the starter is not sat in a warehouse all weekend
